I requested in advance an extra bed in the room, the request was accepted in advance but It was not ready upon Arrival so we had to wait after checkin untill they fixed the room adding an extra bed...this should be ready in advance guys, dont let customers wait to fix request we already asked and were accepted by you. Another point is the TV in the room IS not smart TV and It is old and too small!! Another point is we had lunch by the swimming pool and they took too long time to serve my beer. I dont know why the pool bar dont serve beer directly the waiters had to go somewhere else faraway and come back with the drinks...and beer was not cold finally.

Quality of hotel and facilties excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good size pool and relaxing pool bar. The London pub onsite served bar snacks and drinks, with live music.

Location a little out of town, but not too far - would need a taxi for local bars and restaurants

- The receptionist staff at Chinese restaurant and breakfast is not friendly and not helpful at all - Breakfast buffet not worth the value - Cleanliness of bedsheet, pillow cover, and duvet is not great; bedsheet and duvet have some dark&red stain while pillow cover looks very old with yellow stain all over the cover

Nice grounds mostly clean.

The room had a dusty smell which usually means the curtains need to be cleaned.

After a miserable Reception Staff experience at another hotel in Khon Kaen---which is brazenly purporting to be a 5-star hotel---we were utterly pleased to be confirmed for a Premier Room bonus upgrade; that room has a more suitable size for a couple with a small child. The young but rather competent crew working the reception was extremely pleasant to deal with, and they printed copies for me, and sought to accommodate us in other matters as well. Our 10 yr old boy also enjoyed the swimming pool and the overall comfort the room provided, and we were also pleased with the buffet breakfast arrangement, for which the restaurant staff had handed out transparent PE gloves, so that the guests could self-serve from the nicely assorted buffet, while still being in compliance with the Covid19 hygiene standard (here: SHA+ standard). The restaurant is also available for room-service orders of meals at rather reasonable prices, when compared to other facilities of the same accommodation standard. And I enjoyed their BUFFET-LIKE DIM SUM arrangement, for which you may select "a la carte" from a very diverse list of delicious DUM SUM items, including those sweet choices for dessert. Given the fact that the core clientel for this CONFERENCE HOTEL---with huge conference rooms---is presently missing, due to the ongoing Covid19 pandemic, the hotel has nicely improvised, accommodating mostly tourists during the time of our stay, albeit with a reduced overall staff. I was also grateful that the hotel staff addressed my WiFi problem, as the WiFi domain---which I had still programmed for my laptop since my last stay at the hotel in 2018---did not show a sufficiently strong signal for comfortable work with the computer. However, I signed in for the Avani2 domain, and the signal strength was excellent throughout our stay, both for the WiFi access with our mobile phones, as well as for the access with the laptop.

Although there were a few international T.V. program channels available, I would have liked the availability of my favorite international news channel (CNN International)

The room is not soundproofing enough.

Let just say because of Covid the breakfast was downsized.

Accommodations were upgrade without even asking. Staff was extremely polite and welcoming.

I wish I could have stayed longer

At a time when you cannot travel anywhere but need some "Time out", a stay at a beautiful local hotel was just what I needed. I was very glad that I could use the pool. In fact I had it all to myself. I had enquired before booking whether it was open I enjoyed the view from my room on the 10th floor very much. It was great to have a beautiful exercise park close by. I also enjoyed sitting in the cute coffee shop and dine delicious dim sum. I always felt safe. Apart from the staff I never met anyone else. (Covid times)

I thought breakfast choices were limited. Location quite isolated from shopping etc but for an overnight stay is ok

The service of the staff here was very professional. The breakfast was fantastic, international dishes to choose from. The bed was so comfy.

The location is not in the centre of the town.
